  1. En un bol vamos poniendo la carne picada con sal pimienta, jengibre, ajo en polvo y el perejil, lo removemos. Por otro lado en un plato echamos las dos rebanadas de pan bimbo y las mojamos con un poquito de leche que se empapen bien.

  4. En la misma sartén que hemos frito las albóndigas freímos la patata cortada en dados y las añadimos a la olla. En la misma sartén freímos una cebolla troceada hasta que esté bien pochadita, que la vamos poniendo en el vaso batidor después freímos un trozo de pan del día anterior y cuando esté bien tostadito lo añadimos al vaso batidor y complementamos el vaso batidor con medio litro o un poco más de agua.
  5. Cerramos el vaso batidor y batimos hasta que quede una fina crema que echaremos por encima en la olla con las albóndigas, pondremos a cocer unos 20 minutos a fuego suave y corregiremos de sal, ya las tenemos listas para comer espero que os gusten 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗.
