Debe quedarnos tipo una pasta
- En la sartén freímos las albóndigas y cuando estén fritas ponemos en una olla ya escurridas sin aceite. Echamos la pasta que teníamos echa y le echamos vino, agua, colorante y dos hojas de laurel.Removemos que se integre todo y ponemos a hervir a fuego medio/bajo para que no se pegue la salsa y así vamos dejando que se evapore el agua y el vino echamos una pizca de sal y vamos probando el sabor que esté a nuestro gusto que no sepa mucho a vino.
- Y vamos rectificando con vino sal o agua según lo que hiciera falta. Hasta que esté a nuestro gusto el sabor. Debe quedar como la foto una salsa espesita. De todos modos tener en cuenta que al rato la salsa asienta más y se espesa un poquito sola.. Las albóndigas pueden ser caseras o ya compradas echas. Yo en mi caso las hice de las compradas para que fuese más rápido y era una bandeja pequeña. Si hacéis más pues echar más cantidad de cada ingrediente a excepto del avecrem.
- Cuando esté casi listo sacáis el laurel y lo tiráis.
