  6. En otra sartén se pone aceite, dos hojas de laurel, sal y yo pongo un poco de azúcar para el amargor del tomate y también añado un poco de agua y cuando esté burbujeando pongo las albóndigas y las dejo a fuego medio durante 35 minutos para que se reduzca la salsa y la albóndigas cojan el sabor
