  2. 800 gr patatas peladas
  3. 100 gr pan rallado
  4. 100 ml leche
  5. 4 ajos
  6. 1 vaso vino blanco (mido por el pequeño de nocilla)
  7. 2 huevos M
  8. Harina (solo para rebozar)
  9. 1 pastilla caldo de pollo
  10. Aceite de oliva
  11. Sal
  12. 4 tomates medianos rallados o 8 cucharadas soperas de tomate frito casero
  13. Agua
  14. 1 cucharada sopera tomate frito (obviar en caso de utilizar tomate frito casero)
  15. 1 cebolla

  1. Mezclamos la carne picada, el pan rallado, los dos huevos, 2 ajos bien picaditos, la leche y una pizca de sal. Mezclamos todo muy bien. Y si se puede, dejamos macerar media horita.
  2. Hacemos bolitas no muy grandes y las rebozamos en la harina.
  3. Freímos las albóndigas, lo Justo para sellarlas y que se doren un pelín. Así no se nos deshacen al cocinarlas después.
  4. En una sartén echamos un chorrito de aceite de oliva y sofreímos la cebolla bien picada, cuando se empiece a dorar añadimos los dos ajos que quedan bien picados y lo dejamos un minuto más. Añadimos el tomate rallado y la cucharada sopera de tomate frito comprado (solo para dar color) y dejamos que reduzca un poco el agua (sin dejar secar del todo).
  5. Pasamos a una tartera grande el sofrito, las albóndigas, el vino, las patatas cortadas en trozos no muy pequeños para que no se nos deshagan y cubrimos de agua. Añadimos la pastilla de caldo y removemos bien.
  6. Una vez empiece hervir, bajamos el fuego a temperatura media-alta y tapamos la tartera. Dejamos cocinar unos 30 min hasta que las patatas estén blandas. Si vemos que se nos va quedando sin caldo podemos añadir más agua.
