- Una vez tengamos las verduras bien hechas lo ponemos en un recipiente apto para poder pasar la batidora. Como veis la salsa queda muy consistente así que para rebajarla echa la cantidad de agua que necesites. Yo he puesto unos 500 ml de agua



- Por último mezcla la salsa con las albóndigas y ponlo a fuego lento unos 5-10 minutos. Y listo!!!
