- Una vez preparadas las albóndigas, cogemos una cacerola, olla... Introducimos un par de cucharadas sopera de mantequilla y cuando se derrita le vamos añadiendo harina hasta que se haga una masa espesa. Seguimos echándole la leche (1 vaso) a ser posible templada o del tiempo y removiendo continuamente hasta que desaparezcan los grumos de la harina. Por último le añadimos 1 vaso y medio de agua
- Añadimos las albóndigas a la olla y tapamos durante 20 min a fuego medio y listo
