  12. Añadir el vino, dejar evaporar el alcohol y entonces añadir la nata
  13. Dejar espesar, poner en el vaso de la batidora y batir. Reservar
  14. Precalentar el horno a 170 grados calor arriba y abajo
  15. Ir formando las albóndigas, poner en una fuente apta para el horno con papel sulfurizado. Meter al horno y dejar unos 30 minutos
  16. Volver a poner la salsa en la sartén. Añadir las albóndigas y dejar todo junto unos 5 minutos
  17. Emplatar y servir caliente recién hecho. Yo las he acompañado de parmentier de patata, un poco más de queso Grana Padano rallado y perejil picado
