- Sacamos la masa de la nevera y formamos las albóndigas, las enharinamos ligeramente y las doramos a fuego fuerte en una sartén con aceite. Las reservamos en papel absorbente.
- Una vez las tengamos todas, las añadimos a la cazuela con la salsa y las cocemos tapadas 10 minutos a chup chup suave. Vigilamos el nivel de líquido añadiendo más fondo si fuese necesario. Pero ojo, tiene que quedar una salsita espesita.
- A los 10 minutos añadimos las zanahorias baby y dejamos cocer 5 minutos. Retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar tapados otros 5 minutos. (Si dejamos de un día para otro mejor aún)
- Para servir espolvoreamos con cebollino o perejil picado.
