- Hacemos unas bolas con la carne, las pasamos por la mezcla anterior y después por harina.

- En una olla con aceite caliente a fuego alto sellamos las albóndigas por todos los lados y reservamos.

- En ese aceite freímos los pimientos un poco. Añadimos el vino blanco y dejamos que se evapore el alcohol a fuego alto.

- Añadimos el tomate, damos vueltas y añadimos la media pastilla de avecrem y laurel. Metemos las albóndigas y dejamos que se hagan 15 min. Y listo!
