Lo tapo y dejo 7 minutos para que se hidrate. Transcurrido el tiempo, en el mismo recipiente, añado unos trocitos de mantequilla y remuevo todo para que se suelte el grano.
  7. Solo queda montar el plato. Rociar las semillas de Chía y el estragón. Espero que te guste.
