  2. ———-Para el guisado————- Cortamos las zanahorias, patatas, y cebolla en cachitos y en una olla lo ponemos a freír, una vez pochado, echamos el tomate, un poco de sal, pimienta negra, pimentón dulce, colorante y nuez moscada molida lo hacemos un poco, y una vez hecha la mezcla le echamos dos vasos de agua (o más depende el gusto de cada uno) y lo dejamos hervir unos 30 minutos para que la patata se haga bien..
  3. Una vez hecho el guiso mezclamos las albóndigas y dejamos hacerlas 10-15 minutos, y listo a servir!!
