  3. En una cazuela ponemos la carne

  9. Distribuimos bien el arroz. Y colocamos las albóndigas y las ramitas de romero
  10. Dejamos que vuelva a hervir y a los cinco minutos bajamos el fuego y tapamos la paella. Diez minutos después destapamos. Tras otros cinco minutos el arroz estará listo: suelto y entero. Sólo falta taparla cinco minutos con papel de periódico para que repose!
