- Mientras por otro lado cortamos 1 cebolla y 1 pimiento, la carne picada invertimos en un recipiente y le agregamos las verduras picadas siguiente de harina de maíz, y harina las mismas comensales de arriba. Una vez que tengamos todo le agregamos nuestra sopa de la verdura cocinada. Yo le agregue unas 4 cucharonas, ir agregando de acuerdo a lo necesite.



- Iremos formando las albóndigas de esta manera, con el tamaño que quieran, una vez que tengamos todas las bolitas las agregamos a nuestra sopa, la dejamos hervir por 10 a 15 min.. una vez que las bolsas suban ya están cocinadas.
