- En una olla plana ponemos la cebolla y el pimiento, previamente troceados, a pochar. Una vez pasados unos 5 min a fuego medio bajo, le echaremos la cucharadita de comino, un poquito de pimienta y sal. Dejaremos unos minutitos más a fuego bajo.
- Echaremos el bote de tomate junto con la cta de pimiento choricero y subiremos el fuego. Terminado esto echamos el tomate entero pelado con un poquito de su caldo y la cta de Bovril. Cuando empiece a estar todo unido y coger un color más oscuro echamos el vino y una cta de azúcar para corregir la acidez del tomate y con el fuego un poquito alto para que empiece a freír. Cuando esto sea así, bajamos el fuego y lo dejamos a fuego medio tapado unos 10 min.
- Pasado este tiempo incorporamos la zanahoria a rodajas y el champiñón a trocitos y dejamos unos 10 min. Será entonces cuando añadamos las albóndigas, dejando cocinar todo unos 15 min a fuego lento.
