  6. Echamos en una sartén grande aceite para el sofrito (podemos utilizar un poco del aceite que usamos para freír las albóndigas). Cuando la cebolla está blandita añadimos el champiñón. Una vez que ya estén al punto echamos una cucharita de aceite y movemos bien, cuando la harina ya no esté cruda añadimos un poquito de agua y seguimos moviendo unos segundos más.
  7. Una vez que le patatas y las verduras ya estén hechas y tengamos el sofrito listo las añadimos a la sartén y las cubrimos bien de agua, dejamos hervir a fuego medio unos 5 minutos, vamos moviendo y probamos por si es necesario rectificar la sal.
