  2. En un cuenco batimos el huevo con el chorrito de nata líquida. Añadimos la carne picada, el perejil, el ajo y el cilantro picados, la sal, nuestra guarnición de arroz y un poco de pan rallado. Mezclamos con las manos hasta hacer una pasta consistente pero manejable y dejamos enfriar 1 hora.
  3. A continuación, hacemos las albóndigas y pasamos por harina de maíz. Freímos en aceite de oliva hasta que cojan color y retiramos.
