- Con la carne ya enrollada, la envolvemos en la tela y, con un hilo, cerramos bien la tela apretando bien en los extremos.
- Por último, llenamos una cazuela de agua y metemos la albóndiga. Dejamos cocer durante 1 horas mínimo.
