  3. Poner en la olla exprés la albóndigas, el refrito, el laurel, la media pastilla de caldo y cubrir con agua, (dejarlas sosas para que al reducir no se queden saladas, siempre hay tiempo para rectificar de sal al final).
    Tener 1/2 hora a partir del giro de la válvula a fuego mínimo. Reducir si han quedado caldosas, la salsa tiene que quedar espesita
