- 1 huevo mediano

- Limpiamos la calabaza de la pepitas y la cascara, la cortamos en trozos grandes y la ponemos en la olla, le añadimos medio vaso de agua y dejamos que se ablande, cuando esta blandita la calabaza, la ponemos en un escurridor, cuando ha soltado toda la agua, la chafamos con un tenedor

- Hacemos las albóndigas, yo las hago con un vaso pequeño que tengo, y asìn te salen todas iguales.
- Las pasamos por pan rallado de ajo y perejil.
- Ponemos bastante aceite en una sartén para freír las albóndigas, cuando este el aceite bien caliente bamos echando las albóndigas dejamos que se frían , tienen que quedar doraditas y crujientes
- Bamos hacer la salsa ponemos un poco de aceite de freí y la mantequilla , cortamos el puerro en trocitos pequeños y lo pochamos, le añadimos la cucharadita de harina y rehogamos a continuación añadimos el vino de oporto, y dejamos que se evapore.
- Añadimos el queso y el agua y mezclamos bien, poner un poco de sal,dejar cocer unos 5 minutos.
- Picamos la albahaca y la añadimos a la salsa cuando la tenemos echa
- La salsa la pondremos por encima de las albóndigas y litas para comer
