Bueno que no me enrollo mas jejejejej. Cogemos la carne yo la pico en thermomix unos 10 segundos en velocidad progresiva 5-10, si ustedes no tenéis podéis comprarla ya picada. La añadimos en un bol junto con el ajo picadito muy fino, sal, un poco de pimienta, el huevo y un poco de pan rallado y mezclamos muy bien hasta conseguir una masa compacta para poder hacer las bolitas. Hacemos las bolitas y las freimos en abundante aceite(yo uso la freidora).
  2. Cortamos la cebolla en juliana finita y la añadimos a una cazuela con un poco de AOVE y pochamos hasta que la cebolla este transparente. Añadimos las albóndigas a la cazuela con 1/2 vaso de vino blanco y dejamos que se evapore.
  3. Una vez que se haya evaporado el alcohol le añadimos agua hasta que cubra la mitad de las albóndigas y añadimos las especies de pinchitos y sal y dejamos q fuego lento hasta que se espese la salsita.
