- Cuando la cebolla se vea tierna se agrega el tomate y se sigue cocinando unos minutos. Las albóndigas se ponen en una olla (yo usé una olla a presión) se añade el sofrito el agua o caldo, el arroz, la zanahoria y la papa. Se sazona al gusto. En olla a presión en 15 minutos estará lista, en olla normal hasta que las albóndigas estén tiernas. Se puede servir con perejil o cilantro picado.
