- Preparamos el relleno de las albóndigas, queso cortado en dedalito, utilice en este caso queso cremoso, ya que no tenía queso duro.un poquito del mismo preparado para la salsa lo mezcle.

- Colocar el relleno en el medio de la preparación de carne y hacer los bollos de albóndigas, controlar que no se vea el relleno.Ya que de acuerdo al queso que usen puede abrirse al cocinar.El cremoso se funde rápido con el calor.
