En casa comemos albóndigas de tofu una vez a la semana normalmente, ya que es la forma de comer tofu que a todos más nos gusta. Unos días las hago con verduras, otros con tomate, otros con salsa de zanahoria y calabaza... Pero hoy tocaban con curry, y han quedado los platos limpios!!

  2. Huevo
  3. Harina
  4. Pan rallado
  5. Ajo en polvo
  6. Perejil seco

  11. 1 cebolla
  12. 2 zanahorias medianas
  13. Tomate frito
  14. 1 brick de 200ml Nata líquida

  1. Dejamos media hora escurriendo el tofu entre dos papeles de cocina que iremos cambiando.
  2. Una vez escurrido, lo desmigamos en un plato, procurando que no queden trozos grandes. Salpimentamos y echamos el ajo en polvo, el perejil seco, el huevo, el pan rallado y la harina y comenzamos a mezclar todo bien hasta que se haga una masa homogénea y consistente y daremos forma a las bolitas, a mi me salieron unas 12.
  3. Las pasamos por harina y freímos en una sartén con abundante aceite a fuego medio/alto, vamos dando la vuelta hasta que estén bien doradas. Sacamos a un plato y reservamos.
  4. Para la salsa cortamos una cebolla y dos zanahorias en trocitos pequeños que pondremos a pochar. Una vez dorada la cebolla a mi me gusta triturarlo un poco, pero puedes dejar los trozos si quieres.
  5. Echamos un chorrito de tomate frito y dejamos que se integre bien con lo que hemos triturado. Añadimos una cucharada de curry en polvo y removemos bien. Según la cantidad de salsa que quieras, ve echando la nata líquida sin dejar de remover e integrar bien, yo usé un brick de 200ml y un poquito de otro que tenía abierto.
  6. Servimos las albóndigas y le echamos la salsa por encima, acompañamos de una patata frita o un poquito de arroz y listo!!
